About Us

The concept for Angor started over 15 years ago when it became apparent that there is a real need for a support service in Carmarthenshire for individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer or a life-altering diagnosis.

Angor is a charity made up of like-minded individuals from various walks of life who understand the impact that a life altering diagnosis can cause, and who aspire to enable and support the transformation of individuals by providing an informed and holistic service which builds hope and strength. Providing a pathway from clinical services back to the community.

The team behind Angor : Anita Maria Huws, Ian Rees, Derith Powell, Gwenda Davies
Owen, Jayne Daniels, Deris Williams, Kathryn Devonald Davies and Judith Perry.
