Exciting News<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

From Wednesday 17th May, Angor is hosting weekly free sessions every Wednesday in the John Burns centre in The Cabin from 2-4pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sessions will include a programme of activities that can be booked in advance, including signposting, mindfulness, cancer massage and Tai Chi. To book, you can either come down to see us in-person or call or send us an email (+44 7380 125690 : support@angor.org.uk<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Cabin is opposite the Parc Y Bocs buildings. Parking is available at the back of the Barn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are extremely grateful to John Burns, Abbi & all the team for accommodating us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Angor is a Carmarthenshire-based charity that offers signposting and support for people and their loved ones after a diagnosis of cancer or a life\u2014limiting illness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
