font-weight: inherit;\"> is a charity made up of like-<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">minded individuals from various walks of life&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">who understand the impact that a life altering&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">diagnosis can cause, and who aspire to enable and support the transformation of individuals&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">by providing an informed and holistic service which builds hope and strength. management of Invasive Lobular Breast Cancer. She is currently a partner in the family farm and a Freelance HR Consultant providing support for small and medium sized businesses which includes a contract as a Compliance Lead for a music therapy charity based in England.  She is a member of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee for the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales and a member of the Independent Welsh Pay Review Body for Teachers\u2019 and Leaders\u2019 pay and conditions of service. \n<br><br>Annmarie is committed to charity and voluntary work. She is the Chair of Governors of the local primary school, actively involved in the Young Farmers movement, a Trustee for CYCA and ANGOR and member of the local Hospice Fundraising Committee.  Annmarie voluntarily provides coaching to young adults on CV and application form preparation and interview techniques. Annmarie brings her knowledge of HR to the Board as well as experience in corporate governance.\n<br><br>Annmarie is committed to Angor's vision and values and was keen to join the board having cared for her only brother during his end of life pathway. Her career within the Health Service began at Llanelli General Hospital and for 34 years, worked within the geographical areas of Dyfed which, over the years, included management roles including operational management of a wide range of service delivery, strategic planning and commissioning services for the population of Carmarthenshire. Her last role, before retirement in 2019, was as County Director responsible for the delivery of health services within Carmarthenshire. She is passionate about Health and Care services and believes that integration and joint working across all agencies is the way forward to providing a strong community based enabling and support service. Linda is married, with three children and she is incredibly proud of their achievements.
